Terms for IsoLog services and software

01Services

We produce weld logs, weld maps and related data from the isometric drawings, BOMs and rules you provide, and offer remote QC management under a separate proposal. Prices, turnaround and scope are as shown on the site or in your quote when you order.

Turnaround times run from when we have a complete package. They are targets, not guarantees; if a package is unclear or incomplete we will tell you and agree a new date.

02Your responsibility for final acceptance

Weld log data is extracted and validated against the drawings you provide. We flag the discrepancies we find, but final QC acceptance, code compliance and the decision to use the data on your project remain your company's responsibility. Check deliverables against your project requirements before relying on them.

Tell us about any error within 30 days of delivery and we will correct it at no charge.

03Your files

You confirm you have the right to share the drawings and documents you send us. You keep all rights to them and to the deliverables made from them, once paid for. We use your files only to do your work and keep them confidential, as described in our privacy policy.

04Payment for services

• Paid packages need a 50% deposit before work starts; the balance is due on delivery, before the final files are released.
• Retainers are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled before the next billing date.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and do not include any sales tax that applies.

05Software licenses

IsoLog QMS and the IsoLog Inspector app are licensed, not sold. When you buy a license we grant your company a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software on the number of computers (Pro and Standard) or for the number of inspectors (Field seats) you paid for, for as long as the license is active.

• Annual and monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; the license stays active to the end of the paid period.
• The “own it” license is permanent. Updates and support are included for the first year and continue while you pay the yearly updates fee.
• Read-only use of IsoLog QMS is free.
• Do not share, resell or publish license keys, remove license checks, or copy, decompile or modify the software except as the law allows.

06Free trials and samples

Free trials and free sample weld logs are offered once per company, so you can judge the product on your own drawings. We may end or change a free offer at any time.

07Refunds

IsoLog QMS has a free 30-day trial so you can test it before paying, so license payments are not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. If something you paid for does not work as described and we cannot fix it, we will refund it. For services, if we cannot complete a package we refund the deposit for the work not done.

08Your data in our software

Your project data stays on your computers and in your company's own storage, such as OneDrive or SharePoint. You are responsible for backing it up and for controlling who can reach your shared folders. If your license ends, the data stays yours and IsoLog QMS can still open it read-only.

09Acceptable use

Do not use our site or software to break the law, to upload material you have no right to share, to attack or overload our systems, or to get around license or security checks.

10Warranty disclaimer

Apart from the promises written in these terms, our services and software are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all other warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Software can have bugs; check important results.

11Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, IsoLog is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, such as lost profits, project delays, rework or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service or license involved in the 12 months before the claim.

12Ending these terms

You can stop using IsoLog at any time. We may suspend or end access if you seriously breach these terms, such as by not paying or by sharing license keys. Sections about payment owed, ownership, disclaimers and liability continue after the agreement ends.

13Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not affect an order or license period you have already paid for, and we will email customers about significant changes.

14Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
